Pressure Washing Foreman

Job Summary: 

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for leading and managing a 1-3 man crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the pressure washing, roofing, or property maintenance industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a crew of workers on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain open communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and develop crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed on time.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and in good working order.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure all crew members do the same.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the pressure washing, roofing or property maintenance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
